Amy is an award-winning creative director with an approach that fuels ideas and keeps teams and clients engaged in problem-solving. With a passionate focus on bringing brands to life, she works to find the balance between polish and relatable storytelling. “I believe a big part of working well with ideas for a brand is a lively curiosity. Knowing the zeitgeist of a period in time and understanding the human emotions behind it is the strongest foundation— deeper than following trends, but embracing the enthusiasm that helps ideas ignite— this is my powerful sweet spot.” Amy’s happy and long career includes countless photoshoots, concept iterations and presentations, as well as a love for building, inspiring, and leading teams.
Her work has been recognized by Communication Arts, Print, New York Art Directors Club, Type Directors Club Graphic Design USA, How, American Center for Design 100 Show, the AIGA, and is in the permanent collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum. Amy has taught as an adjunct professor at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
